When asked about the details, it seems that we don't know what to say. It seems that it is not easy to exceed our cognition. If we can't exceed our cognition of manufacturing, subversion will not happen - who can make us see?

Therefore, for a long time, I will feel puzzled. What do you want to see in such a thin profit industry?
When it comes to data driven enabling manufacturing, in every glittering conference room, various forums are discussing various high-end and grand topics, from which you always expect to hear directions for your future development... However, when it comes to specific "scenarios" and "applications", they are basically "block diagrams", "architectures", and some "smart for smart" scenario applications.

You want to empower, but you have to go through a hard process
As far as the development of the traditional manufacturing industry is concerned, it has gone through a very arduous process to today's relatively high degree of automation. Many people are trying to empower the manufacturing industry.
In order to become an industry, we have to continue to optimize for decades. For example, in the blister industry, there are many processes. There are many kinds of quality problems in these processes. We need to rely on continuous improvement to produce high-quality products.
To do something that you think is superior, you must go through the process of being forced on the manufacturing site.
It is very hard to do a good job in the manufacturing industry. People who have never been to the scene can't understand what it means to be "there are gods on the scene". You have to be there to know what characteristics the object you want to empower has? How complex is its process? How many processes are there? How many materials are there?
If you don't understand the scene, why can't you even achieve the effect of the model? I can't understand it - because the model won't tell you it's not good.
Is intelligent manufacturing advanced?
Recently, I told the school the Introduction to Intelligent Manufacturing. I hope the students ask questions in advance so that they can make targeted explanations. Unexpectedly, the students asked about 50 questions and thought that everyone was serious about asking questions or replying one by one. Now let's share them.
Q: Is the main research of intelligent manufacturing the latest scientific and technological frontier knowledge? With rapid social development, can the industry maintain its advantages for a long time? What are the advantages of intelligent manufacturing over traditional manufacturing?
Answer: Intelligent manufacturing studies how to make products better. Any technology has a historical development process. Even the most advanced manufacturing must handle materials and processes well. Intelligent manufacturing only refers to using better methods and tools, rather than manufacturing regardless of quality, cost and delivery capacity.
It has no advantage over traditional industries. It is just an upgrade of traditional manufacturing. They are not advantages, but an evolutionary relationship. Intelligent manufacturing is the evolution of traditional manufacturing. It has new features, but this is not called "advantages".
 
No matter what you do, you have to do it honestly on the spot. Looking up at the road is not often done. Being down-to-earth is what you need to do most of the time. Don't reverse the proportion of time allocation.
 
After talking for a long time, back to the theme, we really need to create in awe. Moreover, we should not stay at the concept, but take the spirit of doing things to promote its realization. We have so many things, instead of discussing the concept every day.
